PUERTO BOLIVAR - TERMINAL DEL CERREJON S.A.

Located on the peninsula of  La Guajira, through this Terminal, Coal  is exported in bulk through a ship loader and conveyor belt. It has a pier where smaller ships supply vessels anchor.

PUERTO BOLIVAR PORT'S INFORMATION

It is important you convey the following information to the master regarding Conditions/ restrictions at Puerto Bolivar:

* No crew shore landing is allowed, except master/chief engineer in special cases, due absence of immigration office.
* No provisions, bunkers or water is available to vessels.
* Limited medical assistance is available at the port.

According to port regulations, a vessel is considered arrived in port when she is 2 miles from following position: lat. 12 d. 17.5 m north and long. 71 D. 58.9 m west.

Following approaching navigation charts must be available onboard to be presented to local authorities upon arrival Puerto Bolivar, in case requested:

007 El Gran Caribe - 002 North Coast Colombia

040 Guajira Peninsula

Coal Pier Restrictions

For loading coal is available one shiploader.

* Max. LOA: 300,0 mts
* Max. BEAM: 45,0 mts
* Max. Arrival Draft: 9,0 mts
* Max. Loaded/Sailing Draft: 17,0 mts
* Max. Air Draft: 21,0 mts (measured to the highest point of the hatch cover)

It is very important that master looks very closely at deballasting time, considering that load rate may average between 4.500 and 6.000 mt/hour, with peaks of up to 10,000 mt for panamax and cape size vessels. Should vessel delay loading, a penalty of usd 1,500/hour waiting may be imposed on vessel.

For discharging Gasoil there are 2 loading arms x 8 inches. Berthing by Portside

* Max. Arrival Draft: 9,5 mts
* Max. Sailing Draft: 17,0 mts

Please note that max discharging rate allowed by Terminal is 13,000 bbls per hour.
